COVID Rules

We look forward to safely and warmly welcoming women to our Mikvah. We hope that your experience will be pleasant and meaningful. We appreciate your understanding as we navigate the latest in COVID protocols.


If you are feeling well, have had no exposure to Covid and meet the criteria below, we will be able to welcome you and schedule an appointment for you. All appointments must be scheduled by emailing

Please refer to the below guidelines for Mikvah use and we ask you respectfully to comply with our guidelines.

  • Women exhibiting any of the symptoms below may not use the Mikvah unless you show a negative PCR or antigen test** on that day. We prefer you administer your own test and send proof of negative results.

          • Fever, cough, shortness of breath, runny nose, sore throat, muscle pain, chills, recent loss of taste or smell.

  • Women who have tested positive for COVID-19 may not attend the Mikvah for at least five days and then must show a negative antigen test**.

  • Women who are exposed to a Covid positive person within 5 days must submit a negative antigen test** on the day of immersion.

  • We welcome you to use our showers and baths. If you would like to prepare at home, you may do so well.

  • Masks are optional.

Please check yourself before entering the Mikvah pool or you may ask the Mikvah attendant to do so.

  • Payment for the Mikvah visit should be done via Venmo, cash or check or through the CAS website at https://02f6b9f.netsolhost.com/donate.html

  • As a courtesy to the mikvah attendant, please cooperate with the scheduled time as we are coordinating multiple requests. If there is a last minute change in your appointment time, please call 203 964 1928 to inform the mikvah attendant.

  • International travel:

    • Anyone who has traveled by plane internationally within the last 10 days must have a negative antigen test on the day of immersion.

  • Guests visiting from out of town:

    • Showers and baths are available at this time with appropriate scheduling, but we continue to encourage longer preparations to be done at home/hotel.

    • Women must bring and show a negative antigen test** on the day of appointment. We can provide the antigen test if you do not have one for $10 fee.

  • Friday/ Saturday - When making your appointment, the Mikvah attendant will discuss how and when to show a negative antigen test.


** We can provide antigen testing for a $10 fee.

20 minutes - Come ready to immerse

30 minutes - Shower and Prep Room

45 minutes- Bath & Shower Prep
